Vice governor of the central bank Su Ning said banks charging management fees on small sum accounts is unreasonable, commercial banks actually can transfer payment by small sum payment system of the central bank to effectively solve the problem people have to pay kinds of fees though different accounts.

Su also said aiming at activities of some commercial banks charging management fee commercial banks should not profit from management fees by compelling people opening a great lot of small sum accounts.
